In the responsible position of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you are a crucial link in Ymor’s performance management services. You are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to the execution of our services and projects. You make sure you really know our customers, including how our services and projects help them achieve their goals. This is why we are looking for an effective, flexible leader who can help both customers and colleagues achieve their goals. 

As an “SDMer”, you can easily keep track of current affairs while looking forward to new opportunities. You are the primary contact person for clients, you build effective customer relationships and you can effortlessly highlight projects and services.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • By talking to our customers at an operational, tactical and strategical level, you will be able to draw up targeted delivery plans for these customers. You understand the customer and ensure that Ymor contributes to the achievement of its objectives.
  • Monitoring the quality and results of your customers’ services and projects
  • Creating, identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities
  • Responsible for coaching and assessment of employees and administration of the Delivery processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ymor would like to get in touch with candidates who recognize themselves in the profile below:

  • Completed HBO or WO study
  • Experience with coaching colleagues
  • Affinity with and knowledge of IT
  • Three to five years’ work experience in a similar position, for example with a service provider.
