In the responsible position of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you are a crucial link in Ymor’s performance management services. You are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to our services and projects. You make sure you really know our customers, next to that you know how our services and projects help them achieve their goals. This is why we are looking for an effective, flexible leader who can help both customer and colleagues achieve their goals.

As a Service delivery Manager, you can easily keep track of current affairs while looking forward to new opportunities. You are the primary contact person for clients, you build effective customer relationships and you can effortlessly highlight projects and services.


  • By talking to our customers at an operational, tactical and strategic level, you are able to draw up targeted delivery plans for these customers. You understand the customer and ensure that Ymor contributes to the achievement of its objectives.
  • Monitoring the quality and results of your customers’ services and projects
  • Creating, identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities with customers.
  • Responsible for coaching and assessment of employees and administration of the Delivery processes.


Ymor would like to get in touch with candidates who recognize themselves in the profile below:

  • Completed HBO or WO study
  • Experience with coaching colleagues
  • Affinity with and knowledge of IT
  • Three to five years’ work experience within IT and in a similar position, for example with a service provider.
