About us

What we do

Ymor, part of Sentia Group, is an international and independent technology enabled service provider headquartered in The Netherlands with offices in Utrecht and Copenhagen in Denmark. We focus on Application Performance Management (APM), IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) and Artificial Intelligence Operations (AIOps). Using smart monitoring software products and specialized services, we support our customers to grow from reactive, to proactive and preventive IT Operations Management (ITOM). By providing in-depth insights into critical IT-chains on an application and business level, our customers regain control over the IT services they offer their end-users and employees.

A short history

Ymor was founded in 2003. Years of development, innovation and growth has led to a flourishing company with high-end customers in both the Benelux and Nordics that review our services with an 8+ every year. As from September 2015 Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in Ymor and in September 2017 Ymor acquired the Danish performance specialist Avenida. Both are strategic steps to realise our (international) growth ambitions. As per January 2018 Jeffrey Braam and Iman Alipour together form the management of Ymor. September 2019 Sentia Group acquired Ymor.

The Ymor Team

The Ymor team consist of some 90 professionals, of which 75 are based in The Netherlands, and 15 in Denmark. Every day they work with and for our customers to improve the IT performance of business critical IT environments. They do this according to a number of shared values: reliability, ambition, willingness, results and quality. We are always looking for talented colleagues so let us know if you feel there’s a match.


Our ecosystem

Ymor is a central part of a larger ecosystem. Within this ecosystem, customers, software partners and business partners, work together to achieve the best IT performance for end-users. The ecosystem enables Ymor to deliver software and services through partners if desired, to organize cross-customer reference visits, and to have access to all the software needed.
